Subscription Delivery: Printed issues of REALbasic Developer are mailed during the first week of the publishing month (i.e. the November/December is mailed in early November) and arrive in homes within a week or two for most readers (in some countries delivery may take several weeks). The PDF edition is emailed around the 15th of the publishing month. All print subscribers receive the PDF edition via email as part of their subscription.
First Issue: Depending on when you place your initial order, you should receive your first issue of a print subscription within a week (USA) or two (international). For digital subscriptions, we usually send your first issue out within 24-48 hours. If you have a concern, please contact us.
Package and Back Issue Delivery: Most orders are shipped within 48 hours. We ship First Class or Priority Mail (USA) or Global Priority Mail (International) so most orders arrive within 3-7 days. For packages and CDs, we don't usually email PDFs since they are included in the shipment, but if you're in a hurry, let us know and we can do so.
Academic Discount: To qualify for the academic rate, you must currently be a student or faculty at a school, college, or university. We reserve the right to refuse orders if your academic status cannot be proved to our satisfaction.
Gift Subscriptions: To purchase a subscription as a gift for someone else, simply include your information (name, address, etc.) in the billing portion of the form, and then include the name and address of the subscriber in the shipping portion of the form.
You must include your mailing address with your order. If you wish to receive the PDF (electronic) edition, we need a valid email address.
Important Note: REALbasic Developer magazine is published by DesignWrite. If you pay for your subscription with a credit card, it will show DesignWrite on your credit card bill.
