Digital Delivery: Download links to individual back issues paid with credit card are sent immediately. However, if you pay with Paypal, the process is manual and may take a few hours. Likewise subscriptions and digital packages are processed manually, usually within a few hours but definitely within 24 hours. If you haven't received delivery, please check your junk mail folder. If you have a concern, please contact us.
Package Delivery: Most orders are shipped within 48 hours. We ship First Class or Priority Mail so most orders arrive within 3-7 days. For packages and CDs, we don't usually email PDFs since they are included in the shipment, but if you're in a hurry, let us know in the comments of your order and we can do so.
Academic Discount: To qualify for the academic rate, you must currently be a student or faculty at a school, college, or university. We reserve the right to refuse orders if your academic status cannot be proved to our satisfaction.
Gift Subscriptions: To purchase a subscription as a gift for someone else, simply include your information (name, address, etc.) in the billing portion of the form, and then include the name and address of the subscriber in the shipping portion of the form.
