Excerpt of article text...
If you're new to REALbasic, the wide variety of resource material available can seem daunting. There's the user guide and other documentation; thousands of example programs and classes on the RB CD and scattered all over the Internet; commercial books; third party publications such as RBD (with over 1200 pages of material in our archives); online blogs, columns, articles, and tutorials; RB-related websites; third party products, plugins, classes, and tools. That's not even counting general programming resources on the Internet, many of which are adaptable to REALbasic. That's all wonderful but sometimes -- especially if you're in a hurry or not sure where to find a particular bit of technical knowledge -- wouldn't it be great if you could just ask an expert?
Guess what? You can!
Often overlooked or forgotten after the initial REALbasic rush to understanding are the REALbasic Mailing Lists. A mailing list, if you're not familiar with the concept, is essentially a group discussion via email.
