Grab the latest Carbon Declare Library
A module chock full of Carbon (and Classic) Declares. It was started by Jarvis Badgley and contributed to by others, but he has since turned it over to Kevin Ballard. The Carbon Declare Library provides many useful functions, especially for good OS X behaviour. It also includes a project that demonstrates many of its features.

Jon Johnson has released the initial version of REALbasic Preference Pane Generator 0.8, a utility that works with REALbasic XML projects to provide a method of utilizing system preference panes on Mac OS X. Preference Panes were previously only available to Cocoa developers through the NSPreferencePane interface.
