Excerpt of article text...

It seems lately the more I get done, the more there is left to do! Though we're a tiny company now, I have big dreams for REALbasic Developer. We're making progress on many fronts, but we know things aren't perfect. The website needs work, and our customer service may be a little slow at times (I'm trying hard to improve response times).

Remember, if you have any problems with your subscription -- you're missing an issue, for instance -- please let us know. We want all subscribers to be satisfied with their magazines. We appreciate your support and are working hard to create the best possible product we can with the resources we have. If you have suggestions on how we can improve, we're delighted to listen.

Don't forget our Support section on the website: http://www.rbdeveloper.com/support.html. It answers many common questions and I'm trying to update it regularly.

In This Issue
